Monday, March 31st, 2008 by Ran (read all posts by Ran)Glasses Direct founder Jamie Murray Wells and 16 members from our customer service team helped raise thousands of pounds for the Stroke Association charity this weekend by abseiling down St Barnabas’ Church in Gloucester under the gaze of Reverend Helen Simmons.
Charity managers from the Stroke Association said they were delighted with the commitment from the Glasses Direct team. “I’d like to thank Jamie and the team from Glasses Direct for volunteering to take part in this exciting challenge”. Jamie is now looking for other charity events to get involved in whilst doing something even more daredevil so let us know what you’d like him to do next!
