How to claim

Simply go to your regular optician for an eye test, post a copy of the prescription to the address below and we’ll contact you to confirm whether you have been in the first 100 and your choice of frame. Alternatively, scan or take a readable photo of your prescription and email it to us at ask@glassesdirect.co.uk with the subject line 'Fabio Promotion'.
