Reglazing
Your frame - our lenses
Reglazing is the process of fitting new lenses into ‘old’ frames. If you have a favourite pair of glasses that you want to keep but need new lenses, this service is for you.
Reasons for changing your lenses
- Your prescription has changed.
- Your lenses are scratched or damaged.
- You’d like a different type of lenses.
- You’ve bought new frames elsewhere and need lenses fitted.

How to order
Either: Email your name and address to reglaze@glassesdirect.co.uk and we’ll send you a self-explanatory Reglaze Pack containing protective packaging in which to send us your frames safely.
Or: Download and complete our Reglaze Form, and send us your glasses using the free postage label.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for items we don’t receive or are lost or damaged in the post.
Before sending us your frames, please double check that they comply with the following standards.

| There are no small cracks around the rim, which is neither discoloured or brittle. | The screws holding in the lenses are not damaged. | The lenses are not secured with a 'permanent' nut and bolt. |
