You can pay for your glasses using a credit/debit card: VISA, VISA Electron, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Mastercard). We also accept payment via Pay Pal or Accor vouchers (usually issued to you by your employer). We don’t take cheques or postal orders as forms of payment. Unfortunately we cannot accept NHS vouchers at this time but we may still be better value than using this voucher at a high street optician.

Once you have paid for your order, wait a few moments and your confirmation page should load automatically on your screen, followed by a confirmation email. If this doesn’t happen, call our team on 08456 88 20 20 so they can help you.
An error message will automatically appear on your screen if your payment has been declined. Double check your details and try again. If the payment still hasn’t gone through, you should first try your card provider to ensure that there are no problems with your card, as if payment is declined we can't check their card details.
