About the Boutique
We’re delighted to now offer customers the opportunity to choose from eyewear brands such as Ray-Ban, Gucci and various other premium designers in our new Boutique section. We’ll be adding many more brands in the future and hope this addition to the Glasses Direct product collection gives our customers even more choice for their new eyewear.
We do however need to point out that we are unfortunately unable to include Boutique frames in the usual 2 for 1 offer at Glasses Direct, and that any promotional discount codes will also not be available for use on Boutique frames. Sorry, Boutique frames aren’t available for Home Trial. The frames in our Boutique section are the very latest product releases from the brands concerned, and are sold at competitive prices with free single vision lenses included, offering great value versus the high street. This, combined with guidelines from the global brand owners of these designer labels, unfortunately for now don’t allow for us to include these collections in our 2 for 1 offer. We’ll continue to review this and where we can will offer customers any further savings on these brands and other products across our site.

Delivery of Boutique frames
All Boutique frames will be delivered within our usual delivery time estimates, full details of which can be viewed on our delivery help page.
Given the additional value of Boutique products we will use a tracked, signed-for courier service for delivery of these frames, and will usually be delivered the next working day following receipt of your ‘order dispatched’ email. Deliveries can be up to 7pm and someone will need to be present to sign for receipt.
Returning a Boutique frame
Returns of Boutique frames follow all the same processes and rules of our standard returns policy, where you have 30 days to return an item to us for replacement or refund. View returns policy here.
We would simply like to add that returns of any Boutique frames must be in their original condition and include any accessories, cases, cloths, branded boxes and any other included brand material. If returning a Boutique frame for exchange, please note that only products from the Boutique section may be selected for replacement choice of frames.
