How do I return an item?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return your glasses, simply put the frames you wish to return into the envelope or box in which they arrived, stick the return label over the existing address label and drop the package in a post box. However, we advise that you take your package to the post office so that you can obtain proof of postage as we are not liable for anything lost in the post.
You will find the return label at the bottom right corner of the packing list that came with your order. If you have lost the postage label, you can print them from the Royal Mail website.
Should you have any questions, please call our customer team on 01793 746601. Our offices are open 9am-5pm Monday to Sunday (except Friday where phones close 1 hour earlier at 4pm). We are closed on some bank holidays.
