How do I return an item?

We want to make sure you are completely happy with your glasses but we do realise that, occasionally, issues may arise. We will do everything we can to ensure that this is resolved quickly and efficiently.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return your glasses, simply put the frames you want to return in the envelope or box they came in, stick the return label over the existing address label and drop the package in a postbox.

If you have lost the postage label, you can print them from the Royal Mail website.
