Dispensing Optician - Sales

Role: Dispensing Optician - Sales

Location: Swindon

Salary: c. £20,000 + commission taking overall salary to between £30,000 and £40,000 + share options

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (exact hours variable but will be between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.)

THE ROLE:

This is a new role within the Customer Service - Dispensing Optician Team and will involve using your professional and sales skills receiving incomingtelephone orders from customers, providing excellent optical knowledge and dispensing to new customers. You will be working alongside other Dispensing Opticians responsible for further aspects of customer service and Customer Service Advisers. It is a busy, informal environment providing fresh challenges to a Dispensing Optician.

THE RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Providing excellent Customer Service
• Ensuring customers receive high quality professional information
• Achieving sales targets
• Assisting other members of the team with optical enquiries

EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND

• Dispensing experience required

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be GOC qualified
• Good telephone manner
• Natural sales ability
• Team player
