Incredible Level Of Service

"You guys are just great! I cannot believe the level of service I have yet again received from you. It is just so incredibly easy to get glasses from you. I tried the Home Trial first as I thought I may want new frames (that was so nice to try them on in the peace and quiet of my lounge and over a few days get opinions from others), but then I decided to keep my existing frames. Your re-glaze service is fantastic - so quick and so easy.

A quick phone call to your team, questions answered in a friendly manner and a re-glaze pack was on its way. You got the pack back on Monday 16th (I know because you called to get my payment details), with my two pairs of glasses, one of which was having transitions in. I got an email on the Tuesday to say that one of the pairs was heading back to me all done and dusted! Wednesday they arrived!

Then yesterday I got an email to say that the 2nd pair (the transitions) was on its way to me. And, yes, they arrived today! Once again I’m so very, very impressed. I got both my glasses back within a week of sending them off to you. What a wonderful way to get my glasses, and you are so much cheaper than Boots or Specsavers.

"Just a quick note to say how amazing I found Glasses Direct to be. I trawled the net for hours, visiting dozens of online sites. Most were cheap upfront but really expensive on the extras such as thinning. Your charges for thinning were at least half that of the high street. But more than anything, the main reason that drew me to your site was your choice of cutting edge/current designs. No other website or shop has such a great range, I was spoilt for choice.
