Returns policy


Our "No quibble, free returns" policy is exactly that, if you don't like your glasses, or you're unhappy with them, you can return them to us freepost, up to 14 days after they've been dispatched (30 days for varifocals), for replacement or full refund.
If you wish to return goods after 14 days of shipping then you should first contact our Customer Services department to see whether a return is appropriate
To return goods you need to print out a copy of the returns form with the freepost label.

  1. Download the returns form here (pdf 140 kb)
  2. Cut out the prepaid label and attach to the outside of the package
  3. Complete the remaining details on the returns form
  4. Put the returns form in the package with your glasses and case
  5. Seal package and put it in the post
  6. We recommend you obtain proof of postage from the post office

We will either refund the full amount you paid for the order, or if you would like to exchange (or part-exchange) your Goods, please add the appropriate details in the comments field of the Returns Form. Our customer services staff are happy to recommend a different frame if you have particular concerns.
You will be notified by email when your returned Goods have been received by us.

Your statutory rights are not affected

When does the 14 day period start?
We will stamp your receipt with a date when we put it in the post. The 14 day period will start from this date; returns must have a posting date no more than 14 days after this dispatch date.
We will phone to discuss any returns received with a posting date more than 14 days after the dispatch date. (note: this period extends to 30 days if you have ordered Varifocal glasses).

Can I return them even if I simply don't like them?
Yes, but if you're unsure about a purchase, then you should consider our 7 day home trials service to try out the glasses beforehand. We'll send you 4 pairs to try at home; you can find more details about home trials.

I ordered two pairs of glasses on one order but would like to return one of the pairs for a refund. Can I do this?
Yes you can still return the one pair for a refund within the no quibble period, however please be aware that a £3.75 postage cost will deducted from the amount to be refunded (as you would have originally not been charged a postage fee for ordering two pairs at the same time).
