We want you to be completely satisfied with your glasses but recognise that, from time to time, difficulties may arise. In those rare cases, we are determined to do everything we can to ensure that you are happy with the outcome. If, for any reason, following receipt of your glasses you are not happy with your purchase, please call one of our qualified opticians or customer care assistants by calling the number below :

We aim to reply to all customer emails within 24 hours. We will also be happy to call you back during office hours at a more suitable time for you. We will need to speak on the phone before authorising a return (see below)
You may return your glasses if you are unhappy with them for any reason, for exchange or a refund, providing that the following conditions are met :
- In normal circumstances, you need to let us know within 7 days after they have been despatched (30 days for varifocals) and the returned glasses need to reach us within 14 days of our original dispatch.
- You include the freepost returns form, which we will email you, with your returns package.
- All returns must quote on the returns form a returns authorisation number that our opticians will give you after they have discussed your requirements with you.
- Returns need to be in their original condition and with all accessories included in your package (eg. Cases and cloths)
- You were not advised when you purchased (by our opticians or by information on the website) that we believed your original order or frame/lens combination was not appropriate for your needs.
When you do return product we recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in post
Your statutory rights in relation to returns and refunds are not affected. See also section 11 of the terms and conditions, "Your right to cancel"
