1st pair - wrong glasses 2nd pair to replace the wrong ones….- wrong glasses Can you see were I’m heading? They were not like my new ones sent to me on my order, they were the horrid plasticity glasses AGAIN!! So I couldn’t be sure what it was that I did wrong? I put on the return barcode right (check) and sent them of with our Evri man (check). It can’t be me? I’ve gone with Glasses Direct for several years, and thought they were fantastic. Now I’m hesitant to use them again.

I carnt beleve it!! So last week after waiting for my glasses they turned up to be these horrible plastic ones - so I rang Glasses Direct, and after seeing the horrible ones compared to the ones on my order couldn’t be more surprised than I was. So i return them, with a “Don’t worry, you’ll get your glasses within a week” So I waited, and a few days had passed. And they came….or so I thought….so upon opening I found ….the horrid plasticky ones AGAIN. So I’m going to get a “full refund”?! ….im hoping! I have got glasses for ages from Direct Glasses. I haven’t had any queries from them, until now. I’m angry, frustrated and confused to how they can get something so wrong ….TWICE! To be honest I’m a little hesitant to go down the path and get something else from them?
