I ordered bifocal prescription glasses from Glasses Direct and honestly regret it. The lenses are cheap plastic, not proper glass as expected, and the quality is dreadful. They don’t fit well, constantly slip off my face, and have awful glare because there’s no anti‑reflective coating. Looking at a screen or even lights is a nightmare. When I complained, they just sent me back the exact same pair with no changes at all. It’s clear they don’t care about customer satisfaction or product quality. I paid for what was advertised as a premium product, but the glasses feel like the cheapest pair you could find online. If you’re thinking of buying from them, don’t waste your money. Go to a proper optician who actually delivers what you pay for.
