How long will my glasses take to arrive?

We work closely with Royal Mail and other courier partners to get your glasses delivered directly to you. The majority of orders are shipped within 7 days from order date; however, more complex orders may take longer, although we work hard to ensure even the most complex prescriptions are dispatched within 14 days of being authorised by our opticians. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

If you’ve received an email to notify you that your order has been dispatched but you haven’t yet received it after 10 days, contact us and we will try to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.

What if my glasses are damaged?

In the unlikely event your glasses are damaged on arrival, please contact our customer service team who will do their best to resolve this for you.

What if I have received the incorrect pair or a pair is missing?
If you have received the wrong pair, please contact our customer service team.

International delivery

We are currently unable to deliver to the Channel Islands and other addresses outside of the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
