The majority of orders are shipped within 7 days* from the date the order is placed, although more complex orders will take longer – usually within 14 days of being authorised by our opticians. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. You can find out more information here.
*Please note that during this exceptional period, some orders might experience a slight delay. This is because we have implemented new hygiene and distancing measures, but we continue to do all we can to get orders as close to our normal delivery timescales as possible.
Yes, of course. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order then you can return your glasses free of charge – prescription or not! The process is quick and easy, and you can return your whole order within 90 days of the original dispatch date, both frames and lenses. This also includes bifocals and varifocals. We kindly ask that all glasses are returned in their original condition and with all accessories included. Learn more about the steps here.
We sometimes get asked this - and it's a fair question considering the number of less-serious eyewear retailers who don’t adhere to UK optical guidance for ensuring peoples’ eye health. But we can assure you that, yes, we are 100% legit. All of our opticians, and we as a business, take steps to ensure we adhere to GOC standards. We have also provided the GOC with a copy of our Supervision Statement which sets out how our opticians oversee every order. As well as this, all our Dispensing Opticians are registered with the General Optical Council (GOC) and the Association of British Dispensing Opticians (ABDO).
People wonder how our business works. For example, some ask how we validate prescriptions: We have a team of in-house opticians that check through every single order. We also get asked how we keep our prices so low: We manage to do this by not having physical stores and by being a preferred reseller of brands such as Ray-Ban®, amongst other factors. Our business model also means that we can offer some of the most iconic eyewear brands at an affordable price, as well as year-round special offers and discounts.
Furthermore, we are now the UK’s most-trusted online prescription glasses retailer. Take a look here at our Trustpilot page and see for yourself what our customers have had to say.
