Nice shape and wide angle of vision. Prescription build accurate (I had it checked the first couple of orders) and the wear comfortable. The purchase and the product has to be graded excellent - 5 stars. Similarly the turnaround and delivery. This has been the same experience for several years. The purchase experience was spoiled by the after-sales service. I had a lens screw fall out and become lost after several months (previous purchase, same frame) and after e-mailing for help was told "we unfortunately do not offer repair services" because it was outside the 120 day period. I would have been happy to pay for the minute screw and fitting, but never had the opportunity. It is true that on this occasion the circumstances and my situation meant that I had to re-order quickly, so a sale was made, but no accompanying goodwill.
