Lenses scratched badly despite protection paid for. New order disaster with three calls made and cancellation made. Then they delivered and took payment for cancelled order. Now awaiting refund.

This is my second pair of the Atalina frames by Kate Spade, they are so comfortable and really stylish. Just wish they still did the frames in brown :(
