They are light, maybe a little too light, they will slide down my nose. but so comfortable and really do benefit my eyesight.

Love the glasses. Lightweight and subtle. Opted for Transitions Xtractive on my varifocals, think maybe I should have gone for the slightly cheaper Gen S as these do take a while to go back to clear, but they do go darker than Gen S and these work in the car (although not tried that yet) so it is a trade off.

I have used your company for several years but things seem to have changed with your efficiency and quality I have just returned from holiday having ordered TWO EXACTLY THE SAME FRAMES NAMELY CLOVER rimless, both transitions, one being sunglasses hoping they would arrive before my holiday Thankfully the sunglasses arrived on time but the others took a while and didn't arrive until sometime during my holiday which was fine as they were not urgently required. To my horror when I arrived home on 6/10/24 and opened the second parcel the frame was COMPLETELY WRONG AS WAS THE PRESCRIPTION. I WAS OBVIOUSLY SENT SOMEONE ELSE'S GLASSES. I have now returned those. I HAVE ALSO HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE PLASTIC COVERINGS TO THE ARMS WHICH FIT BEHIND THE EARS. THESE CONSTANTLY SLIDE OFF WHEN THE GLASSES ARE REMOVED AND I HAVE IN THE PAST STUCK THEM ON WITH SOME SUPERGLUE. This happened to the sunglasses just received recently when I was on holiday. I removed the glasses and the plastic arm sleeve was left STILL BEHIND MY EAR!!
