Glasses Direct got the prescription wrong, had me send the glasses back, refused to issue a new pair because they'd migrated their system and all information before 1 October was lost.

Flattering, versatile colourway. Overall very satisfied with this product, if (IMO) a little flimsey compared to my original glasses (different brand). That said, the cost was very reasonable and I would purchase again.

Frames are lovely, but Glasses Direct can't be trusted to put the right lenses in.
