I’ve been a regular customer with Glasses direct however on this occasion I’ve been let down by both quality and poor customer service . Glasses arrived damaged where both stems were scratched however was happy to keep them after being offered a further discount which saved the time of sending back etc although their quality control should have picked up on the initial damage . Anyhow it’s been like ping pong trying get me refund and the finance department seem to be the bottleneck where the operatives themselves struggling trying to get them to approve the refund. It’s now been several days and I’m still awaiting a conclusion as funds still not arrived . I’ve phoned them around 3 times now and average 20 mins a call and still awaiting the outcome. . Glasses direct you need to be better than this otherwise you will loose customers .
