Light, good fitting on the nose with soft rubber

I ordered a pair of progressive lenses which arrived about 10 days later. Unfortunately the quality of the lenses was extremely poor, with very noticeable barrel distortion in all directions and the reading portion much further up than the Seiko lenses I had from my high street opticians. These were replaced and I was assured that the replacements would be modified to move the reading area further down and correct the distortion. The replacements were exactly the same so these were returned for a refund. It took for me to pursue the refund myself after a significant amount of time waiting and only when I threatened legal action did they actually refund. It's worth knowing that these are manufactured in China and then shipped to a UK center where they then ship to the customer to hide the fact that they're cheap Chinese lenses. The whole process was long and drawn out, and the only reason I'm not giving them one star is because at the very least they answer the phone.
