I would say just double check what your ordering. I on the other hand think someone should have double-checked with me. Maybe it's just me because I made a mistake but they did want to double-check the prescription part of my glasses.

I complained about the Glasses that were sent to me out of shape. Glasses Direct initially told me that they will send another rectify the issue. However, a week had passed and I heard nothing back from them. I then chased and they then notify me that I have to return the faulty one they sent me. All very time consuming and inconvenient, especially when you are so busy.

Great value and great service. Ivy was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process.
