I am not rating the product rather Glasses Direct services. If you were to review your own correspondence, you would never have asked me to review because the answer (absolutely appalling) would be blindingly obvious. I returned two pairs of glasses with brand new Toby frames, which I liked, to be told that you couldn’t replace with Toby frames because they were out of stock! During this “process” I counted 17 different contacts who did not seem to communicate with one another and all had different stories. It was exasperating. I finally received just one pair of glasses in a Justin frame, which I dislike having originally paid for two pairs of glasses. Some special rate! It’s been a terrible and costly experience.
