Product if as expected fine. It’s what went on around it. Paying for quicker service etc to have quality control remove one of two items. Very questionable failed delivery on second item. No acknowledgement of paying more for failed service. Product can be fine but it’s getting it to the customer and taking money for failed service etc which makes a mockery out of a good product.
