The frames are great. The customer service is great. The lenses, my first pair distorted my vision which I accepted as a potential prescription error or build error. My pd was measured via an image by glasses direct correctly ( from subsequent physical measurment ) and yet the pd used in the glasses delivered were 5mm out on one side and 2mm out on the other.
