For all customer enquiries

You can contact our team of optical experts via email or phone. Our phone lines are open 9am-5pm Monday to Wednesday and 9am-4pm Friday to Sunday. Unfortunately due to recent high demand, we are temporarily unavailable for incoming calls on Thursdays to allow us to deal with existing customer enquiries in a timely manner. You may still contact us on email on these days. We are very sorry for this disruption, and apologise if you have to wait longer than normal for a response.
