This the second pair of Reading Glasses ordered from yourselves. Very pleased with the quality and speed of shipping. I would have given five stars except for the fact that prior to ordering, I needed help with my Prescription and chatted online and attached a copy on Chat This was accepted and told would be also attached to my order. However, a day or so later I was contacted via email to say it was not legible and blurred ? I spent the next hour or so having to go back on Chat and re attach my Prescription. What happened to my original attachment ?
