Delivery Update: Over the last couple weeks we have implemented changes in our warehouse and lab to help protect our staff and ensure social distancing occurs at all times. We are continuing to try and make & deliver your glasses as close to our normal delivery timescales as possible, but things may be a bit slower than usual.
We hope you can bear with us during this exceptional period and we kindly ask you to allow for a slight delay that you may experience in receiving your new glasses or your return being processed.
How long will my glasses take to arrive?
To make sure you know what to expect when ordering from us, we’ve highlighted some useful facts:
The majority of orders are shipped within 7 days from order date, though more complex orders may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. We work hard to ensure even the most complex prescriptions are dispatched within 14 days of being authorised by our opticians.

We work closely with Royal Mail and other courier partners who deliver your order straight to you. If you’ve received an email to notify you that your order has been dispatched, but you haven’t yet received it after 10 days, contact us and we will try to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
